SPACE CITY CHAPTER HIBISCUS SHOWS - 2008
Thousands of exotic tropical hibiscus blooms will be on display at these shows, and local growers will be offering hundreds of hibiscus plants for sale.
April 20, 2008 (Sunday): Harris County Activity Center, 7340 Spencer Highway. Open to Public, Free Admission: 1pm to 4pm
May 10, 2008 (Saturday): Our first Saturday show, in Texas City, Texas. Nessler Center, Wings of Heritage Room, 2010 5th Ave., North Texas City. Open to Public, Free Admission: 1pm to 4pm
June 1, 2008 (Sunday): Space City Chapter's last show of the season. Harris County Activity Center 7340 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas. Open to Public, Free Admission: 1pm to 4pm

A great opportunity to learn more about your plants, ask questions and see flowers the like of which you have never seen before!
We will have a Grafting Party on May 17th, in LaPorte. Location is First Baptist Church at 310 S. Broadway. Go in back of the church to the Family life Center (gym).. Parking is available between the FLC & Church building. Time is 10am to1pm, with lunch & drinks provided.
This event is Open to the Public, but if you would like to attend, please notify Doc Brooks or Jerry Miller (see officer list below). It will be a big help to the planners, if they know about how many people are going to show up. |
